This isn't your average fundraiser. Beer, Brats & Bourbon is a summer celebration. With great food, smooth bourbon, cold beer, and live music, every ticket helps feed local kids. Proceeds support FOCP's work of serving food-insecure students, grades K-12, with well-balanced meals when school is out.

EVENT FAQ'S

Don Not Delete

Is the event 21+?

Yes! As the name suggests, there will be beer and bourbon, so the event is 21+. We ID at the door, so please bring a government ID.

Is parking available?

Limited parking is available at the Mankato Regional Airport. You can view a grounds map here for parking and where to find BBB shenanigans! Parked a little far away? Don't worry, we will have golf cart shuttles.

What will you have to do on-site?

BBB is a "pick your own adventure" event. With a silent auction, raffle, vendors, several classic BBB games, live music, beer and bourbon tastings, a VIP bourbon tasting, and so much more!

What should I wear?

There's no suggested attire. Dress up, dress down, wear whatever makes you comfortable. Just remember, this is an indoor/outdoor event in June!

Can I sponsor, donate, or volunteer instead?

Who is this year's entertainment?

This year's band is My Grandma's Cardigan! They are an indie folk-rock group based in Rochester, MN. Check them out here. We are also bringing back the crowd favorite hype man, DJ Shoba!

What happens if it rains?

Beer, Brats & Bourbon happens rain or shine (remember 2024?). The show must go on! We have indoor and outdoor space, and we will adjust accordingly to the weather!

Is the venue ADA accessible?

The venue is wheelchair accessible, featuring a ramped entrance and accessible parking stalls. Accessible, gender-neutral restrooms are available on the ground floor.

Is the event cashless?

Cash and card are accepted, although cash is preferred! Most games, the silent auction, and our bar accept cards. Raffle tickets and select games will only accept cash. There will be an ATM on-site for your use.

Will photos be taken at the event?

We will have professional photographers roaming the event, capturing its magic. They have all volunteered their time, so be sure to give them a HUGE thank you! Photos will be posted on FOCP's Facebook page following the event.

Are there non-alcoholic options?

Yes! As a Sober Supporter, you get non-alcoholic beverages included in your ticket, and water is available for everyone. Our lovely bartenders would be happy to make you any mocktail you can dream up!

Where does the money raised go?

Money raised from Beer, Brats & Bourbon directly supports FOCP's year-round food programming. Serving K-12 students in over 30 schools in 8 school districts.
