Find the Assistance You Need.

Overview

In addition to the youth hunger-relief programs we run at Feeding Our Communities Partners, Southern Minnesota has a wide variety of nonprofits and social service programs which provide assistance on a variety of levels to the entire community. Whether you're looking for financial assistance, stable housing, hunger relief or any other support, we've gathered screening tools, portals and assistance pages that can help you find what you're looking for.

Note that this list is not comprehensive, but most of the tools here will help you get in touch with someone who can further assist you in connecting with community resources.
